Scientific abstracts submitted on time via the online submission form will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the SRCCV 2026 Congress. The review process will begin after the abstract submission deadline has passed.
PRESENTATION TYPE
Participanții sunt invitaţi să indice preferinţa pentru tipul de prezentare al lucrărilor în momentul completării formularului online. În vederea unei structurări optime a programului ştiinţific, pot apărea modificări ale tipurilor de prezentare selectate de către participanţi, decizia finală privind forma acceptată (prezentare orală sau e-Poster) aparţinând în exclusivitate Comitetului Ştiinţific al Congresului.
EVALUATION RESULTS
After the evaluation process is completed, the results will be communicated by e-mail to all participants with submissions. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address of the person who completed the abstract submission form.
If the contact person is not the presenting author, they are kindly requested to forward the information received from the Organizers to the individual designated to present the paper.
De asemenea, în funcţie de tipul prezentării alocat în urma evaluării, Organizatorii vor trimite prin e-mail și o serie de informaţii utile pentru susţinerea lucrării în cadrul Congresului.
PRESENTING AUTHOR
Toate prezentările acceptate vor fi susţinute în cadrul Congresului de către autorii prezentatori înscrişi până la data de 01 octombrie 2026.
If the presenting author is unable to attend the Congress, they are required to designate and notify a substitute by submitting a written notice in due time to registration@ralcom.ro.
